Free parking is available at the following locations:

Lions Park Parking Lot, 164 Lions Drive (Handicapped Parking Available)
Elk Grove High School, 500 W Elk Grove Boulevard

Yes, residents are encouraged to utilize ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft. A designated ride sharing drop-off area will be available on Lions Drive.

On the day of the event, tickets will be available for purchase with cash or card.  If you wish to purchase pre-sale tickets using a credit card, you can do so online prior to the published cutoff date.  

Lawn chairs, ground coverings (blankets/tarps) and coolers will not be permitted at this event.

There will be ample seating available both inside and outside the tent.

Food and beverage will be sold onsite. 

There are no refunds.  The event is rain or shine.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a stein from previous years and pay the refill price for beer.

Dogs are permitted on public property, but per village ordinance they must be on a leash at all times. Please remember that there will be a large crowd and live music, which may cause distress to your pet. Please consider the safety and comfort of your pet and other event attendees as you make your plans. If a problem arises, you will be asked to remove your dog from the premises.

There is no age limit to enter the event.  IDs will be required to purchase alcohol.

There is no entry fee. Tickets will be used for the purchase of food and drink.

You do not need to print your receipt. You can show your electronic receipt or Driver's License/State ID at the door and you will receive your presale food/drink tickets.

Yes, tickets can be used on either day of the event.

Questions regarding accommodations for attendees with disabilities should be directed to ada@elkgrove.org.  Attendees are encouraged to e-mail ada@elkgrove.org as early as possible with any questions or specific accommodation requests.

In order to make the necessary arrangements, requests for accommodation must be submitted not later than one week prior to the event for which the accommodations are needed.
