Public Notice is hereby given that the scheduled Public Hearing of the Elk Grove Plan Commission (PC Docket #19-7, Elk Grove Town Center) to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2019 in the Council Chambers, Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois has been cancelled.

PC Docket #19-7 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, July 29, 2019 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider the petition of Team Lyders LLC, owners of record, for resubdivision, Special Use and variations from the provisions of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance No. 2410 as it pertains to the B-5 Town Center Shopping District. The petitioner is seeking to resubdivide the subject property, creating an out-lot to construct a quick serve drive-through restaurant within the Town Center Shopping District. Variations are required for modifications to the existing site plan parking stall counts and layouts associated with the proposed development.

The property at Elk Grove Town Center, Elk Grove Village, Illinois is identified by permanent real estate property index number 08-32-202-021-0000 and legally described as follows:

BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, IN ELK GROVE TOWN CENTER SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
