Here are the different ways to submit a request

On the Village Website: Click "Contact Us" to submit new request, follow requests or view map & photo gallery of submitted requests.

On Your Smartphone: Download the free "My Elk Grove Village" mobile app in the App Store or Google Play Store, click on New Request, Select a Service Request Option and Submit.
