The Village offers the use of meeting rooms free of charge to be used for civic, cultural, and public information or events of Elk Grove Village groups. The rooms are not available for commercial, social, or politically partisan meetings. Elk Grove Village groups are organizations that are chartered within the Village or whose memberships are comprised primarily of Elk Grove residents. All meetings must be open to the public.
There are 3 general meeting rooms located on the lower level of the Municipal Complex with each room having a total capacity of 25 people and can be opened into 1 room with a total capacity of 75 people. In addition, there is 1 small room located at the southwest side of the Municipal Complex as well as training rooms located at some of the Fire Stations that can be used on occasion.
Upon entering the Municipal Complex, meetings will be posted on the television monitors located on the east wall of the atrium. If you are interested in using a meeting room, click here to view an application and the terms and conditions.
