PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, December 2, 2019 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission, acting as Zoning Commission, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider petitions submitted by Sunrise Hotels Development LLC. The petitioner is seeking to resubdivide and rezone the property from I-1 Restricted Industrial District to B-2 Business District (General Business) for a mixed-use development consisting of two hotels and one retail/restaurant on the 8.22* acres of property. 
(Note:  It was determined after the notice was published that the correct acreage for this property is 7.43 acres.*)
 
Variations are needed from the following sections of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance:
1. Section 7-1: Schedule of Bulk and Yard Requirements and Regulations for a building height to exceed two (2) stories or thirty-five feet (35');
2. Section 4-3-1: Schedule of Parking Spaces to reduce the required amount of parking stalls for the development; and
3. Section 4-4-1: Schedule of Loading Spaces to eliminate the required amount of loading spaces at each building.

Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider the rezoning petition submitted by Seefried Properties. The petitioner is seeking to rezone the property from B-3 Business District (Automotive) to I-1 Restricted Industrial District. The property is located at 228 E. Devon Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and legally described as follows:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, December 2, 2019 at the hour of 8:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance regarding Principal Buildings and Accessory Structures; and conditional uses in the B-3 (Automotive) Zoning District, which amendments shall read as follows:

Amend Zoning Ordinance Section 3-6:B Principal Buildings and Accessory Structures by deleting and replacing the title as follows: “Principal Buildings, Principal Structures and Accessory Structures”; and deleting and replacing the first sentence as follows, “Unless part of a planned development project, one and only one principal building or principal structure shall be erected on any lot of record on any conforming lot.”

Amend Zoning Ordinance Section 7B-3-2:C(1) Conditional Uses Permitted by deleting “Commercial parking lots for private vehicles” from the list of additional conditional uses.
