Legal Notice - Plan Commission Hearing PC Docket #20-2
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Monday, March 9, 2020 Public Hearing was cancelled and rescheduled to Monday, March 16, 2020 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
The Plan Commission, acting as Zoning Commission, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider a petition submitted by Shapra Group II, LLC requesting the following:
A variation from Section 7-1 Schedule of Bulk and Yard Requirements and Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a building to exceed the maximum height of thirty-five (35’) feet in a B-2 Business District; and
A variation from Section 4-3-1:A Schedule of Parking Spaces of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required amount of parking stalls for the hotel development.
The property is located at 25 Innovation Drive, identified as PIN 08-22-305-001-0000 and is legally described as follows:
LOT 2 IN THE FINAL PLAT OF ELK GROVE TECHNOLOGY PARK RESUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JUNE 19, 2018 AS DOCUMENT NO. 1817016002.
