PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, May 11, 2020 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition submitted by Elk Grove Park District.  The petitioner is seeking a Special Use Permit to modify a site plan previously approved under a Planned Unit Development for the purpose of reconstructing the clubhouse and maintenance building for the Fox Run Golf Links.

Additionally, the petitioner is requesting a variation from Section 7-1: Schedule of Bulk and Yard Requirements and Regulations of the Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required front yard setback.

The subject property is located at 333 Plum Grove Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and legally described as follows:
