PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, January 25, 2021 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing on the petitions submitted by Chowdhury Group LLC.
The petitioner is seeking a Special Use Permit for the operation of a hotel in an I-2 Generalized Industrial Zoning District in accordance with section 7E-3:A Commercial and Service Uses, of the Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance No. 2410. The property is located at 2300 E. Higgins Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and legally described as follows:
