PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8-2:D of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on May 27, 2021 at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, to consider the petition of Piotr and Halina Krupa, seeking a variation from the provisions of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance No. 2410 as it pertains to permitted projections of a primary structure in the required front yard in residential zoning districts.
Section 3-7: D (1) does not permit the principal structure to be located in the required twenty-five foot (25’) front yard in the R-3 zoning district. The petitioner is requesting to install a covered porch that projects forty- eight inches (48”) into the required front yard. The property is located at 1147 Warwick Lane, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and identified by the following property identification number: 08-33-218-007-0000
