PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, November 29, 2021 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as Zoning Commission, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the petitions submitted by Prime Data Centers.  The petitioner is seeking to rezone the properties from B-2 Business District (General) and B-3 Business District (Automotive) to I-1 Restricted Industrial District along with requesting variations from the Village Zoning Ordinance.
