PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, April 4, 2022 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing on the petition of Syed Shah on behalf of Ali Yun Wali Allah Shia Islamic Center, Inc.
The petitioner is requesting a Special Use Permit to operate a religious institution in accordance with Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance No. 2410, Chapter 3, Section 3-5:B, for the property located at 1021-1041 Bonaventure Drive, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and is legally described as follows:
LOT 3 OF EXEL/WENDY’S RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 9 IN ROHLWING GROVE UNIT 4, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 41, NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF REGISTERED IN THE OFFICE OF REGISTRAR OF TITLES OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ON MAY 20, 1986 AS DOCUMENT T3516135.
