PC DOCKET #22-4

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, August 15, 2022 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider the petition submitted by Zubha Pop Foods, LLC d/b/a Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits for a Subdivision and Special Use Permit with variations from the provisions of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance No. 2410 as it pertains to the B-5 Town Center Shopping District.  The petitioner is seeking to subdivide the subject property, creating an out-lot to construct a quick serve dual drive-thru restaurant within the Town Center Shopping District.  Variations are required for modifications to the existing site plan parking stall counts and layouts associated with the proposed development.  

The property is located at 905 Elk Grove Town Center, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and legally described as follows:
BEING A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
905 ELK GROVE TOWN CENTER

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, August 15, 2022 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition submitted by Bridge Development Partners.  The petitioner is seeking to rezone the properties at 490 Bennett Road and 500 Bennett Road from I-1 (Industrial District) to ITC (Innovation and Technology Center District) in order to consolidate these properties into one lot with 75 Northwest Point Boulevard, which is in the ITC Zoning District.  The properties at 490 Bennett Road and 500 Bennett Road will be utilized for stormwater management facilities and to create an additional access road for staff and emergency responders to the property at 75 Northwest Point Boulevard.

The property is legally described as follows: 
LOT 17 AND LOT 18 IN HIGGINS ROAD COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 14, BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT 1 IN SCHARRINGHAUSEN’S SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTH 50 ACRES OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, AND PART OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
