PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, September 19, 2022 at the hour of 8:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider the Resubdivision, Special Use, and Variation petitions submitted by the Village of Elk Grove Village. The petitioner is seeking a Resubdivision of the property from one (1) lot to two (2) lots with associated variations from the Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance. The petitioner is also seeking a Special Use Permit to construct a cellular communications monopole in the I-1 Restricted Industrial District. The proposed monopole is being constructed in order to relocate cellular equipment from the existing water tower at 701 Pratt Boulevard. The petitioner is requesting variations from the Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance pertaining to setbacks, minimum building size, fence heights, parking, drive aisle width, drive aisle lighting, and number of structures on a lot along with permitted structure heights. The proposed monopole height will be one hundred and thirty-five feet (135').

LOT 2 IN BERTHOLD SUBDIVISION, IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED SEPTEMBER 12, 1973 AS DOCUMENT 22476125 IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
