PC DOCKET # 22-11

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, December 5, 2022 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider the petitions for Subdivision and Variations of M3 North America, LLC. The petitioner is seeking to subdivide the property into two lots for the property located at 2001, 2045, and 2111 East Pratt Boulevard in the I-2 Industrial District along with the  associated variations from the Zoning Code.

Section 7-1 Schedule of Bulk and Yard Requirements and Regulations to reduce the minimum lot coverage from 25% to 10%; and

Section 3-7:D2 Structures in Yards to allow a fuel island and canopy to encroach into the required side yard setbacks.   

The property is identified as PIN numbers 08-35-302-009-0000, 08-35-302-010-0000, 08-35-302-013-0000, 08-35-302-014-0000 and 08-35-403-015-0000 and legally described as follows:
