PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, January 16, 2023 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition submitted by Diamond Truck & Trailer seeking a Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 7E-3A of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance No. 2410 to operate a truck and trailer repair center in an I-2 Industrial Zoning District. The property is located at 2380-2400 American Lane and is legally described as follows:
