NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing is to be held before Elk Grove Village Mayor Craig B. Johnson concerning Luv 2 Smoke, 62 Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois as a result of a second violation of the Village Code, Title 3, Section 3-6B-4:D.1 states it is unlawful to sell tobacco products or alternative nicotine products to a minor, and Section 3-6B-6 pertains to the right to suspend or the right to revoke license.

Said hearing is scheduled on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village Illinois.
