NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as a result of multiple violations of the February 16, 2023 Findings and Order of the Mayor of Elk Grove Village, sitting as the Tobacco Commissioner, requiring Respondent to check the age identification of all customers in each and every purchase, as well as providing the names and contact information of individuals, other than the owner, who have managerial responsibilities with respect to the business operations of the licenses premises. 

Said hearing is scheduled for TUESDAY, APRIL 25, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village Illinois.
