PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, June 5, 2023 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider petitions for annexation, rezoning from R-3 (Single Family Residence) to O-T (Office Transitional), a special use permit for a planned development and subdivision submitted by IL_720 Rohlwing Rd. LLC.  

The petitioner intends to construct two new radio towers to replace the existing towers; construct three (3) data center structures and an ancillary electrical substation; and construct pickle ball courts, which will be operated for public use by the Elk Grove Park District. 

The property is located in unincorporated Cook County at 720 Rohlwing Road, identified as PIN 07-25-400-002-0000 and legally described as follows:  
THE EAST 3/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 (EXCEPT THE SOUTH 20 ACRES THEREOF) ALSO (EXCEPTING THAT PART FALLING ROADS) SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MEIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
