PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, July 17, 2023 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition of 3J Auto Body is seeking a Special Use Permit  for the operation of an automobile repair shop in an I-1 Industrial Zoning District. 

Section 7E-3 of the Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance No. 2410 permits automobile repair services as a Special Use in I-1 and I-2 Industrial Zoning Districts.  The property is located at 670 Lunt Avenue, is identified as PIN 08-34-101-021-0000 and legally described as follows:  

LOT 223 IN CENTEX INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT 119, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
