The Village is hosting a Public Information Meeting for the Tonne Road Roadway Improvements.  This project will be taking place on Tonne Road between Landmeier Road and Devon Avenue.  The scope of work involves reconstruction of Tonne Road, intersection improvements, and bicycle and pedestrian accommodations.  This public meeting will review the need for improvement, present the project, and welcome public input.  Similar to an open house, exhibits will be on display and Village representatives will be present to answer any questions and record comments.  The public meeting will be taking place at the James Paul Petri Public Works Facility located at 450 E Devon Avenue on August 16 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 

Written comments may be submitted to the Public Works Department by mail (450 E Devon Avenue) or submitted electronically to Deputy Director Ken Jay (kjay@elkgrove.org).  Comments received by August 30, 2023 will be included as part of the public record.  If you would like to attend the meeting and need special accommodations such a sign language interpreter or similar assistance, please contact the Village.  For more information, contact Ken Jay at 847-734-8800.
