PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, March 18, 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition submitted by Elk Grove Park District.  The petitioner is seeking a Special Use Permit for modifications to a Planned Development located at 711 Chelmsford Lane, Marshall Park.  The petitioner is requesting to modify the planned development by altering the existing site plan and to add six (6) pickleball courts with pickleball court and soccer field lighting at the public park located at 711 Chelmsford Lane, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and is legally described as follows:

LOT 4890 IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE SECTION 16, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREFORE RECORDED MAY16, 1968, AS DOCUMENT 20492038 AND RE-RECORDED JUNE 12, 1968, AS DOCUMENT 20517873 AND FILED ON JUNE 12, 1968, AS DOCUMENT LR2382624 IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
