PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8-3-C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, to consider the petition of Ivan Reinoso, seeking a variation from the provisions of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance No. 3842 as it pertains to permitted locations of fences in residential zoning districts.  

Section 3-3-B: (2) prohibits fences from being constructed beyond a line extended from the nearest front corner of the principal building located on an adjacent single-family residential lot. The petitioner is requesting to install a six (6’) foot high fence which will extend approximately nineteen (19’) feet beyond the nearest front corner of the principal structure on the adjacent single-family residential lot to the east at 248 Shelley Road. The fence will follow the south lot line along the radius of Shelley Road and be constructed approximately nine (9’) feet from that lot line.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8-3-C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, to consider the petition of David Nickelson and Lilibeth Becerril, seeking a variation from the provisions of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance No. 3842 as it pertains to permitted locations of fences in residential zoning districts. 

Section 3-3-B: (2) prohibits fences from being constructed beyond a line extended from the nearest front corner of the principal building located on an adjacent single-family residential lot. The petitioners are requesting to install a six (6’) foot high fence which will extend approximately seventeen (17’) feet beyond the nearest front corner of the principal structure on the adjacent single-family residential lot to the southeast at 801 Delphia Avenue.
