PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, September 9, 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition submitted by Harry & Sandra Stavros.  The petitioner is seeking a Special Use Permit for modifications to a Planned Unit Development located at 624 Carroll Square.  The petitioner is requesting to modify the Planned Development by altering the existing site plan for the construction and addition of a new accessory structure on the property located at 624 Carroll Square, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and is legally described as follows:
PARCEL 1:  THAT PART OF LOT 1 IN WILD OAK SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTH EAST QUARTER OF SECTION 21 AND THE SOUTH WEST QUARTER OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, LYING EAST OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 22, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
