PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, November 18, 2024 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition submitted by the Housing Opportunity Development Corporation.  The petitioner is seeking to rezone the property at 750 S. Arlington Heights Road from B-2 (General Business District) to A-2 (Multi-Family District) with associated variations. The property at 750 S. Arlington Heights Road will be utilized for affordable senior rental housing. The property is legally described as follows: 

THE NORTH 130.55 FEET OF THE EAST 397.08 FEET OF THE NORTH 15 ACRES OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, (EXCEPT THE WEST 12 FEET OF THE EAST 45 FEET THEREOF) IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
