ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD IMPROVEMENTS – NEWPORT AVENUE TO BRANTWOOD AVENUE

The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for concrete pavement patching, HMA overlay, replacement of curb and gutter, driveway, and sidewalk, retaining wall replacement, street lighting relocation, pedestrian signal modifications, pavement markings, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Document 20-V6937-00-PV: Arlington Heights Road Improvements – Newport Avenue to Brantwood Avenue.  Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the Plan, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Details of this document.

Prior to receiving bid documents, all bidders must show prequalification with IDOT and have an approved Work History (Pre-Qualification Form).

Obtaining Bid Documents: To obtain bid documents, please e-mail a copy of your current IDOT prequalification and Village's Pre-Qualification Form (Work History Statement) to pwprequal@elkgrove.org. Once received by the Village, an electronic bid proposal packet will be sent via e-mail to the approved bidder(s).  To check on your prequalified status call the Elk Grove Village Public Works Department at (847) 734-8800.

Bids will be received until 10:45 AM on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 and opened at 11:00 AM, local time. The bid opening will be held at the James Paul Petri Public Works Facility, 450 E. Devon Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, 60007 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read.  All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.  Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted. 

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Public Works Department, Village of Elk Grove Village, 450 E. Devon Avenue, Elk Grove, Illinois, 60007 and marked to indicate the following:
