Service Termination

Property owners that wish to terminate service must contact the Village to schedule a final water meter reading. The final meter read must be scheduled at least 3 days prior to the final read. Property owners should also ensure that correct tenant and owner information is recorded for all rental properties in Elk Grove Village. If service is terminated due to non-payment, property owners must pay the delinquent utility bill in addition to a $75 administrative fee prior to establishing service again.
