The Elk Grove Village Fire Department contracts with Andres Medical Billing for our ambulance billing. Elk Grove Village bills patients’ medical and/or auto insurance for transport services. Bills are not mailed to individuals, but patients may receive a Request for Insurance Information Form from Andres Medical Billing.

Note: Elk Grove Village does not balance bill for any out-of-pocket charges that insurance does not cover.
